Renovating Teaching in Security Studies
Securing Inclusion - Kickoff Meeting
The Kick-Off Meeting of the project Securing Inclusion, aimed at renovating Security Studies curricula and fostering innovative teaching practices”, took place on September 2024. The meeting brought together representatives from all partner institutions across Europe to set the foundation for successful collaboration and outline the project’s strategic goals.

Multiplier event at the Neapolis University Pafos
On 18 October 2026, Neapolis University Pafos hosted a promotional and dissemination event for the Erasmus+ project “Securing Inclusion” as part of ErasmusDays2025.
The event highlighted the project’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and innovation in higher education through the development of tools such as an e-course curriculum, an anti-discrimination educational game, and a digital learning platform.
Multiplier event at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia
On February 19, UNWE held a seminar on Gender Perspectives in Defence and Security Studies.
It focused on the importance of diversity and gender equality in the defence and security field.
The speakers discussed historical background, gender roles, women in peace operations, and case studies.
More than 40 third-year students attended and actively joined the discussions.
Multiplier event at Matej Bel University, Slovakia
The main highlight was an anti-discrimination game, which participants tested and discussed positively for its educational and interactive value.
The event exceeded expectations, reaching 48 students and 15 online participants, well above the originally planned number.
